Eating a large leafy green salad prior to your lunch and dinner meals will act as a natural gastric bypass (stomach stapling), by displacing room in your stomach so that you eat less cooked food. Taking in the large salad, coupled with the Power Cleanser will sweep old accumulated waste through your small and large intestine and out of your body, ultimately flattening your stomach. The salad/cleanser combination will also decrease the build up of any new waste.

The Simple Challenge

STEP 1 - BREAKFAST. Mix 1 scoop of the Roots Nutrition Power Green in 16 oz of water, diluted fruit juice, vegetable juice or a smoothie. Have a big appetite? Drink 24 oz with 2 scoops of the Roots Nutrition Power Green. You may also eat more raw fruits or vegetables prior to lunch.

STEP 2 - LUNCH. Eat a large leafy green salad before your cooked lunch and dinner meals. At least half of the salad must contain leafy greens such as romaine, red leaf, butter leaf, spinach, kale, etc. NO ICEBERG LETTUCE. Use any other salad ingredients that you like to liven up your salad.

STEP 3 -DINNER. The first evening of the challenge, take 2 Roots Nutrition Power Cleansers with dinner.

Thereafter, take 2 capsules with breakfast and 2 capsules with dinner. (NOTE: adjust dosage as necessary.)
